I lead a project investigating the perceptions and impacts of Wellcome\'s research culture initiatives on the research and higher education sectors. Focusing on Discovery funding schemes, I conduct in-depth interviews with applicants, grantees, and research professional working in UK HE. Insights will be delivered to Wellcome to inform next steps in improving research cultures through their funding schemes.I collaborate across Discovery and Equity teams to ensure maximum impact of Wellcome\'s drive to ensure positive and inclusive research cultures.
