Academic Leader who has transformed the way education is delivered. Have firm Belief in \" Start With \"Why\", the Golden Circle by Simon Sinek. It helped define the purpose of Education ( Education Philosophy) for University. As an Academic leader, after lots of in-house discussion, we consciously decided to follow the \" holistic Education \" Philosophy emphasizing all the three Domains of Learning: Cognitive ( both Lower & Higher order thinking ), Affective ( Attitude) & Psychomotor( Professional Skills). OBE Framework for design & Development, Deliver & Assessment was used to assure that Holistic Education Objectives are achieved. A comprehensive Development Plan was prepared for Faculty & Middle level Leaders to Implement the much Cherished Education Philosophy. A 5 year Strategic Plan was developed & Implemented for Change management by Preparing the Roadmap, KRAs/KPIs and PMS to help move in specific direction and Continuous evaluation and correction in actual Performance. The Major Objectives for which the plan was developed are:(A) Approval UGC u/s 12-B, NAAC & NBA Accreditation, ICAR Accreditation & Research funding from Govt. Bodies (B) Improvement in Student Graduate Outcomes (C) Developing Innovation Eco-System (D) Enhancing Grass root Community Connect (E) National & International Collaborations with industry, Research Institutes & Universities (F) Enhancing Quality of research, Patents and funding for research ((G) Promoting Co-curricular & Extra -curricular activities (H) Creating Enabling work culture (I) Improving University Enrolments by 30% at UG & PG Level and 4 times at Ph.D. level (J) Streamlining & more friendly HR & Administrative Processes (K) Integrating Technology in Teaching- Learning Processes & Administrative Functioning (L) Improving University Visibility (M) Creating Leadership Pipeline for Continuity & (N) Designing Faculty Incentives for high performers

The Domains : Cognitive, Affective & Psychomotor Skills have been implemented using OBE & AOL through various Educational Frameworks & scientific tools and technique culminated by 2 years massive efforts. Have 30 years of teaching and Leadership role at various University departments and Management Institutes as Director and HOD : Manipal University Jaipur; BITS, Pilani; Mody University; IILM, Jaipur; ISTE,NEW Delhi; UPES, Gurgaon, JK Business School, Gurgaon.
