About Pat Parks

Graduating from Notre Dame with a BA in Anthropology and a Hesburgh Public Policy concentration, Pat also holds a graduate degree in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University. A former CIA profiler and intelligence analyst, Pat also worked as a Strategy & Change consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services. After IBM, Pat worked for a global boutique business-psychology consulting firm based in London and was responsible for expanding the business’ presence in the Latin American & Caribbean markets. Pat assessed and developed leaders across companies such as HSBC, British Petroleum, Diageo, Red Stripe, Cadbury, Royal Bank of Scotland, Rio Tinto, AstraZeneca and many other Fortune 500 & FTSE 100 companies. In 2008, Pat founded MVP Group Program, a program specializing in breakthrough strategy, leadership development, team building, diversity, equity & inclusion, and commercial innovation with several Notre Dame alumni. An artist and creative producer, Pat has ideated, produced and contributed to several television shows, documentaries, and musical shows and products as well. Pat serves as a Professor at Howard University and teaches courses in the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts in the Arts Management, Production & Administration area. Pat is Co-Founder of Keepers of 306 (an action initiative of the National Civil Rights Museum), and serves as as Alumni Affairs Chair for the Harvard Black Alumni Society as well as the Director of Student Relations on the Black Alumni of Notre Dame board.
