I\'m honored to be in my 11th year at Jessup University, leading strategic project management and driving institution-wide initiatives that support long-term organizational goals. As Vice President of Strategic Projects, I worked with the President, COO, and Project Manager to establish the university’s Project Management Office from the ground up, which has enabled the successful launch of more than 100 strategic initiatives. By integrating Smartsheet dashboards and project plans, I enhanced decision-making and streamlined workflows across all departments.Throughout my career at Jessup, I have led, designed, and implemented strategic projects that deliver creative solutions university-wide. My experience includes developing institution-wide strategic planning and project management policies, procedures, and systems, as well as building the PMO from the ground up. I have overseen the creation of 100+ projects, leveraging Smartsheet to integrate dashboards and project plans into our strategic initiatives.In addition to my administrative leadership, I have developed and taught over 200 courses in online, traditional, and hybrid formats at both undergraduate and graduate levels. I maintain my professional certifications by presenting at legal project management seminars for attorneys and business professionals nationwide.Currently, I direct the Project Management Office, Paralegal Certificate, and Project Management Concentration. Previously, I served as Associate Dean, Associate Professor, and Undergraduate Chair for the School of Business, Academic Council Chair, and was honored to receive Jessup’s Faculty of the Year award in 2018. I am passionate about empowering students to discover their joy and share it with others.
