Professor Emeritus & Director Amity Rekhi Center of Excellence for Science of Positivity and Happiness at Amity University, Lucknow Campus, Dr. Manju Agrawal is a Psychotherapist, IMDHA Certified Hypnotherapist, CHI certified Hypnotherapy Trainer, USA certified International Trainer. Subconscious Mind and Happiness Coach, with 45 years’ research, teaching, training and industry experience. She is former Director of Mahila Samakhya UP. Masters and Ph.D in Psychology from Allahabad University. She has done several diploma and certificate courses from USA and Europe {Child and Youth Development (Netherlands) Training of Trainers (USA), Women in Management (USA), Life Coaching (USA), Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy (Netherlands), Trainer of Hypnotherapy (USA), Family Constellation (Germany), Science of Happiness (USA), Resilience (USA), Energy Medicine (USA)}. Recipient of several national and international fellowships {Royal Netherlands, EXXON Mobil (USA), Bill Gates’ Women’s Leadership (USA), ICMR, UGC, ICSSR and national merit fellowships}. She represented India twice at United Nations for development issues. Her specializations are in Positive Psychology, Health Psychology and Gender Psychology. She is Chief architect of the women’s policy for UP. Author of two psychometric tests:(Students’ Stress Scale and Positive Life Orientation.) and a book “World of Adolescent Girls”, “Psychology of Self-talk: 7 Mindicure Mantras for Happier Healthier and Successful You” and another edited book on “Mental Health of Youth”. Developed two therapies Participative, Appreciative Therapy and Meditative Self-talk Therapy. Presented and published papers in reputed national and international conferences and journals respectively. Developed and conducted more than 350 training programs for IAS, PCS Teachers, medical doctors and senior level managers, in India and abroad
