Hello, fellow professionals! Currently Working as a Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri. Earlier, I worked as Director Engineering at GGI from Jan 2025-Aug 2025 and have also worked as Dean of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering & Computer Applications at GGI: Gulzar Group of Institutes, a position I have held since January 2023. With over 15 years of experience in the academic field, I have developed and honed my skills in teaching, research, leadership, administration, and mentoring.My expertise lies in artificial intelligence and big data analytics, which are also the topics of my PhD and M.Tech degrees. I have taught a variety of courses related to computer science and engineering, such as Theory of Computation, Web Technologies, Computer Networks, and more. I have also guided many students through their projects and dissertations, helping them achieve their academic and career goals.As the Dean of the CSE & CA department, I was responsible for overseeing the curriculum, faculty, and activities of the department, ensuring that they align with the vision and mission of GGI. I am also committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among the faculty and students, as well as organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and events that enhance the learning experience. Additionally, I am involved in various research projects and publications that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and technology in the field of computer science and engineering.I am passionate about learning and growing as a professional and as a person, and I have pursued several certifications and courses that have enriched my knowledge and skills. Some of them include Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere and Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions from Coursera | Google, and Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School. I am also BOSCH certified for Capacity Building for NGO Profits.I am delighted to be part of the LinkedIn community and to connect with other professionals who share my interests and values.
