I operate within the global scientific landscape as an internationally renowned World Scientific Diplomat, University Researcher, and Clinical and Forensic Neuroscientist, as well as a Medical Scientific Advisor and Expert Witness.My professional authority is officially sanctioned by a triple institutional accreditation at the highest levels, being registered in the European Commission official portal as a High-Level International Expert, officially appointed to the European Parliament T.R.(Institutional Experts) and accredited as an Individual Expert at the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).​As the International Vice-President of PSAF International, President of PSAF France, and CEO of Gaudium, I serve as a strategic bridge for international cooperation, representing PSAF as a Scientific Society for Healthcare, Insurance, and Forensic Professions officially accredited by the Italian Ministry of Health for the development of clinical guidelines and formally recognized and registered within the European Parliament T.R. Following my commitment to institutional leadership, I also serve as the International Chancellor at the IFNLS and as the Scientific Director of International Cooperation between PSAF and the University of Yaoundé I (Department of Psychology), where I officially coordinate advanced research protocols.​My vision integrates brain science within a framework of functional medicine and forensic neuropsychopathology; through the principles of New Integrative Medicine, I analyze the profound correlations between systemic trauma and organic responses, aiming to restore dignity to the individual’s biographical and biological history. As a University Researcher and PhD Neuroscientist, I am the author and scientific lead of the independent research project in Clinical Neuroscience and Forensic Medicine, with a pioneering focus on \"Gestational Neurobiology\"which investigates the impact of prenatal trauma on the dysregulation of being.​Founder of the Gaudium Method™, I am regularly invited as an elite keynote speaker in prestigious contexts across the United Arab Emirates, China, Africa, the United States (UN), and Europe.At the European Parliament in Strasbourg, I promoted a historic international conference on \"Neuroscience, Prenatal Violence, and Legal-Forensic Protection,\"extending my diplomatic vision to the Pan-African Parliament.Recognized as an \"Italian Excellence,\"my mission remains the protection of human dignity through functional diagnosis that values the biological and biographical singularity of every individual on a global scale.
