I am a seasoned higher-education leader, Principal, and Professor of Mathematics with 25+ years of progressive leadership experience strengthening institutional governance, academic excellence, and research innovation across leading Indian universities. My work has focused on building future-ready academic institutions through strategic planning, accreditation leadership, curriculum innovation, faculty empowerment, and data-driven continuous improvement. At the current PG College of Vinoba Bhave University, I led successful NAAC accreditation, expanded academic infrastructure, enhanced IQAC processes, and improved operational efficiency serving students. I have delivered high-impact academic initiatives, including international/national conferences, promoting research and innovation, faculty development, infrastructure development, and student leadership & engagement programs. A globally recognized researcher, I have 135+ SCI/Scopus publications, 27 PhD supervisions, multiple patents, and editorial appointments with Springer and Nature-indexed journals. My research contributions span nonlinear dynamics, AI/ML-based modelling, cyber-system analysis, epidemic modelling, and blockchain applications, supported by strong publication metrics (h-Index 28, 3600+ citations). Previously as Professor and Head at BIT Mesra, and in additional roles including Dean–Student Welfare and Additional Controller of Examinations, I shaped student-success systems, strengthened academic operations, and drove reforms supporting teaching and research excellence.
