Engaged for a Policy Application Course (Public Policy in Action) for Takshashila Institution, Bangalore/ July to September 2020.Delivered through a series of four (4) Webinars (90 minutes each) for II Year Students of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Public Policy.On 8 Aug 2020, I will be delivering a Webinar to introduce participants (II Year PG Students of Public Policy at Takshashila Institution). to a powerful ranking methodology known as \"Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)\" made popular by Prof. Thomas L.Saaty of University of Pittsburgh - Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business; Wharton School, Univ. of Penn (1969-79) and worked 15 years with US Govt.(Pentagon, Naval Research, U.S. State Dept.). Prof. Saaty\'s methodology was used for the IRAN HOSTAGE CRISIS (1980). Although the rescue attempt of 52 Embassy Staff at Teheran US Embassy (Operation Eagle Claw, 28/4/1980) failed, the Case contains important insights on combining quantitative and qualitative factors to evaluate priorities.
