My passion is building engaged product, design and engineering teams that identify and solve large-scale problems that matter to their customers.I help organizations overcome ambiguity in new product development by deepening their understanding of unmet customer needs. Experienced at defining company/product vision, establishing execution processes, and supporting technical teams in delivering results. I like helping people with big ideas make the world a better place. I\'m currently supporting a team of Amazon scientists, engineers, and product designers transforming how Finance organizations delight customers and partners at scale. Earlier in my career, I helped build, launch and scale over a dozen commercial enterprise software products and have held a variety of product management, solution architecture and engineering roles with team management, portfolio roadmap, and P&L responsibility. Most recently, I helped economists, research scientists, and engineers rethink the future of work by building people-technology products that enabled a more dynamic workforce at Amazon.
