Before I tell you what I’ve done, let me hold up a mirror to who I am—agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented. Just four days into joining the dramatics club and one month into college, I found myself tasked with writing, acting in, and directing a play for the freshers. With barely any acquaintances, I recruited people, managed conflicts, and juggled schedules when team members backed out due to academic pressures. It was chaotic, but I thrived on the challenge, turning a potential disaster into a memorable performance.As an MBA student at NMIMS, Mumbai, I’ve carried this spirit into everything I do. An aspiring HR professional and MBA student from NMIMS, Mumbai, I bring a mix of strategic insight and a people-first mindset to every challenge. As a Gold Medalist on the Dean’s Merit List and President of Hruday, I led impactful initiatives like CHRO panels and batch preparation, managing teams across seven verticals with collaboration and empathy.During my EY internship, I honed my analytical skills, evaluating HR technologies to streamline client processes. At Bharti Airtel Foundation, I developed compensation strategies to enhance pay equity, reinforcing my ability to align HR solutions with organizational goals.Combining creativity from my theater background with a people-first approach, I thrive on tackling challenges with optimism and resourcefulness.
