This means that while we both clearly manage specific departments, we collaborate with our team to create the company’s long-term strategy and vision, and then turn it into more measurable milestones. In addition to overseeing the design and development of our high quality educational products, I invest a great deal of time into the organization’s extraordinary culture, which has been a critical component in Prodigy being named the fastest-growing software company in Canada two years in a row.
