ABOUT PROCHES P.
With over eight years of work experience in social development, international cooperation, and humanitarian action, I am passionate about advancing the World Bank\'s mission of ending poverty and promoting shared prosperity. At the World Bank Treasury, I support the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative financial solutions and programs that address the complex challenges faced by our clients and partners. I leverage my skills in social networking, strategic communication, research, and analysis to foster collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing across the organization and beyond. Previously, I worked as a Research Fellow at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, where I contributed to the development and dissemination of evidence-based approaches and best practices for humanitarian response and resilience. I also have experience in health communication, advocacy, and capacity building, having worked with the World Health Organization, the Tanzania Ministry of Health, and the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. I hold an MSc in International Development, Cooperation and Humanitarian Action from Deakin University, and a certificate in Adolescent Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Public Relations and Marketing from St. Augustine University of Tanzania. I speak English, Swahili, and French, and I am always eager to learn from diverse perspectives and experiences. I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people and communities through my work at the World Bank.
