Senior Seller Engagement Manager at eBay Germany, helping B2C sellers and partners grow, thrive, and stay excited about selling on eBay I lead programs that support sellers every step of the way, from getting started to adopting new tools and levelling up performance.Some of the things I’m currently working on: – our free onboarding program for new B2C sellers - with 1:1 support in the first 4 months – 1:1 coaching sessions to help sellers get the most out of eBay – integrating value-added services like legal text generators and 1:1 legal consultations into our value-prop.I bring together seller support, e-commerce know-how, and hands-on program management – always with a clear focus on what sellers in Germany actually need to succeed.A bit about me: I’m originally from the UK and studied Translation & Interpreting before moving to Germany over 11 years ago. What started as a language adventure turned into a career in e-commerce spanning, and now.
