   Operational Resilience & Governance• Drive IBS (Important Business Service) assessments: mapping, dependency analysis, risk insights, and remediation oversight in collaboration with the IBS owners.• Lead the design and continuous enhancement of the Operational Resilience Framework and Self Assessment aligning with UK/EU/DORA/US regulatory expectations.• Support the monthly Operational Resilience Committee (ORC) through high-quality decks, bringing new agendas to the table, minutes, and action tracking.Third-Party & Dependency Risk• Evaluate third-party criticality, resilience capabilities, and dependency risk as part of IBS and regulatory requirements.Partner with critical vendors for conducting joint stress testing.Business Continuity Management (BCM)• Manage the entire BCM lifecycle, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), recovery strategy validation, and plan updates across multiple functions and regions.Lead the annual ISO 22301 certification assessment conducted by BSI for the firm.Stress Testing & Scenario Simulations• Lead enterprise stress tests and simulations for IBS and IBS resilience validations.Crisis Management & Awareness Support the Crisis Management Team during major events by handling coordination, escalations and decision logsMaintain and evolve crisis playbooks for cyber, system outages, location disruptions, pandemics, and vendor failures.Deliver awareness sessions, both, classroom and e-learning for Business Continuity Management (BCM), Incident Response, Crisis Management, and resilience responsibilities.Risk, Audit & Compliance Engagement• Lead audits: Provide resilience evidence, thematic summaries, and documentation for risk reviews, audits, and regulatory assessments.• Feed insights into RCSA, risk registers, and cross-functional compliance programs.
