I am a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law LL.M.(Master of Laws) in Taxation program. WNT is a highly experienced team, including former senior Congressional, Treasury, and IRS officials, that assists companies in staying up to date on the latest legislative and regulatory matters, and helps companies navigate the ever-changing tax landscape. The WNT - International Tax group provides support to US and foreign-based multinationals on a broad range of international tax matters, including supply chain structuring, US income tax treaties, inbound and outbound planning, financing transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and e-commerce transactions.
