   Leading a team of developers, business analysts and testers to deliver customer facing digital solutions for Amfam.com (Sitecore/Vercel) and for our auto/home/renters/bundle sales quoting and purchasing solution (custom React frontend and AWS microservices backend).Responsible for the successful definition, delivery and support of software solutions to end-user clients to meet business needs. Manage relationships with multiple business stakeholders; assemble and manage a cross functional team required to complete client work; define implementation plans, effort, and cost; manage risks and problems, assess the quality of the work and ensure the final product meets client expectations. Maintain an awareness of other projects and activities within the division and their possible effect on ongoing department work.In November of 2021 American Family Insurance launched an innovative online digital sales platform that allows consumers to purchase Auto and Home insurance online. Consumers can also get a bundled Auto and Home quote. I was part of the team that launched this new experience for American Family Insurance. Renter and motorcycle products have been added since initial launch.
