ABOUT PRIYESHA BHATT
I have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and completed hospital-based clinical pharmacy and clinical research internships as part of my academic training.Shortly after graduating, I moved to Canada and entered the retail sector while settling and completing my permanent residency process. During this time, I gained steady work experience that strengthened my skills in documentation, accuracy, coordination, and following standard procedures.Alongside this, I completed a post-graduate diploma in Healthcare Administration and Service Management in Canada, which further developed my understanding of healthcare systems, administrative processes, and organized documentation.While my recent role has been outside healthcare research, my long-term goal has remained to work in clinical research and the pharmaceutical industry. To stay connected to the field, I completed training in Good Clinical Practice (ICH), TCPS 2, Clinical Trials Data Management and Quality Assurance, and Essential Document Management in Clinical Trials My earlier research experience includes supporting observational hospital studies, assisting with data collection and study documentation, and contributing to a published research paper on drug utilization in asthma and COPD.I am currently seeking entry-level roles in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry where I can build on my clinical training and research foundation.Permanent Resident of Canada.
