During my working career at HSBC I have been able to grow my key skills to help me develop and further myself within my roles. Having a varied experience in commercial banking and compliance as well as growing revenue and supporting local communities, I have been able to pride myself in delivering exceptional standards of service to my customers and colleagues.ResponsibilitiesAssisting clients with Debt Finance, Trade & Supply Chain, Global Markets, Invoice Finance, Payments & Cash Management, Equipment Finance and Card Issuing Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service.Responsibly lending new monies to SME’s and keeping abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.Developed and deliver a robust training plan to new relationship managers joining the department ensuring they fully understand their day to day role and the systems they’re required to utilise.Ensure Global Standards and Financial crime is managed within the portfolio by successfully completing all remediation to the highest quality.Analysing annual accounts and conducting holistic strategic business reviews with customers to ensure the customer understands the products which are suitable for their needs.Proposing credit applications in line with the Bank’s lending appetite in order to support the growth of SME’s.
