The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex information — all of which have sharpened my problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced clinical setting.Alongside the clinical work, I’ve remained actively engaged in the operational side of the business, supporting appointment flow, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to commercial performance through a personalised, data-conscious approach to customer needs. I take a keen interest in how data — from patient behaviours to product performance — can inform decisions, improve processes, and drive outcomes.While I’ve built strong foundations in healthcare, people management, and operations, I’m now excited to transition into more data-driven and research-oriented roles. I’m continuously learning and upskilling in areas like SQL, Python, and data visualisation, and I’m eager to bring both my analytical mindset and human-centred experience to a new challenge where I can continue to grow and make an impact.
