PMP® certified project professional with extensive expertise in EPC, Project Management for Capital Projects, Business Consulting, Strategy Development, and Team Leadership in Renewable Energy Sector. My journey began as a Project Construction Engineer in 2010 and by 2018, I had climbed the ranks, taking on pivotal roles as a leader in site operations and Head of Construction for Wind & Solar Power Projects, with a remarkable portfolio of 1GW+ in delivered projects. Co-founded Adolphus Energy with a mission to bring affordable power solutions to the smaller C&I segment of the market, driving positive change in the renewable energy landscape. With over 13 years in renewable energy sector, I have established teams from scratch, developed strategies, driven & delivered critical projects with P&L accountability. In 2021, I ventured into the world of business consulting, where I played a pivotal role in developing the PMO framework for one of India\'s largest IPPs in the wind energy sector, a colossal endeavor valued at $1 billion (1260MW). Furthermore, I led the charge in implementing a groundbreaking zero-based costing strategy for manufacturing wind turbine towers, powering 2GW of Wind Power Projects. My personal philosophy centers around three vital traits: Passion, Patience, and Diligence. These qualities have been my guiding stars, propelling me to excel in every endeavor I undertake.
