I’m a dedicated Bachelor of Pharmacy student at Lucknow University( Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences), passionate about healthcare, drug development, and regulatory practices.My leadership journey began as a Senior Officer in the NCC cadets, where I gained discipline, resilience, and the ability to lead under pressure. This experience shaped my approach to teamwork, time management, and goal-driven execution. I\'ve actively contributed to global and youth-focused initiatives as a:Volunteer at the CD4 International Conference, where I supported international academic collaboration in pharmaceutical sciences.Volunteer with the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), where I engaged in community service and youth development programs.Core member of the Change Mind organization, focused on awareness and mental health initiatives.To strengthen my professional foundation, I’ve completed certified courses in:Good Regulatory Practice in Regulation of Medical ProductsIntroduction to Clinical ResearchRecently, I completed a 30-day Hospital Training (16th June – 15th July 2025) at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Key learnings: dispensing medicines, prescription handling, drug storage & labeling, and observing patient counseling. This training enriched my practical knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and improved my ability to apply theory in real-world healthcare settings.I’m currently exploring opportunities to grow in areas such as clinical research, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical innovation.
