I work as a Legal Executive at SRG HFL. My primary role involves handling the company\'s legal matters, particularly when it comes to cases against the company. SRG HFL operates in five different states, and our main office is in Udaipur. As a result, I\'m responsible for managing legal cases through SARFAESI. my key role in this is to prepare and execute Symbolic possession activity and physical possession activity that span across India. In my job, I provide our designated lawyers with the necessary documents and information they need and keep a record of all these details for the company. I also need to coordinate with our lawyers and our legal field officers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Initiating Cases against customer u/s 138 Ni act.
