   Developed and implemented data collection systems and other strategies that optimized statistical efficiency and data quality- Setup data extracts using sql queries, in-house ETL tool of Prudential to extract and transform data into user required format- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, tax, and product development, to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions- Rewritten and Refactored Prudential\'s Internal Web Application that is used by thousands of customers everyday- The application used JSP and struts with single component with the redesigning project I created a separate backend with express js and frontend application using reactjs to allow scale each component independently and deployed it on AWS & containerized it using Docker- Driving complex larger projects to completion, while diligently supporting frequent, shorter, client inquiries- Identifying solutions to complex business problems by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance- Writing business specifications/requirements/rules, redesigning applications\\processes, creating mockups, and analyzing user data- Partnering closely with clients and developers to work through the phases of systems development lifecycle (SDLC)- Utilizing various technologies which may include (but are not limited to) Reactjs, Nodejs, AWS, Docker, Oracle SQL, Postgresql, AWS Redshift,Jira, Excel, GIT, JENKINS, Python
