   Created User Guides for C/A Data Genies, focused on improving a new or unfamiliar user’s journey by structuring large-scale data through wireframes, flow models, and stakeholder communication, ensuring quick access for cross-functional retrieval teams. The project taught me a lot about user-focused information architecture, primarily in making complex data understandable for a new user. I learned how to approach the user’s journey from a design perspective, ensuring that the architecture I developed both met technical needs and was intuitive for at all levels of expertise. Redesigned Microsegmentation documentation into cohesive, navigable subpages that are hyperlinked across all related materials to ensure consistency in future updates, improving data clarity/usability and reducing new user onboarding time by 25%. Through this project, I gained valuable experience in technical writing and documentation. I learned how to structure unorganized information into a cohesive and accessible format, and implemented technical solutions such as hyperlinking resources - this means that future updates only need to be made in one place, automatically reflecting across all linked pages as the product grows.Led automation research for predictive modeling and data integration, proposing streamlined HCP prioritization and presenting the end-to-end PCE processes in a 5-minute visual format, effectively communicating benefits, efforts & next steps to senior leaders. Through this, I learned how to visually present complex organizational processes in a concise 5-minute format and effectively communicate benefits and implementation steps to senior leaders. Although this project did not actually come to fruition, even that taught me how quickly priorities can shift in a professional setting and how to adapt my work for future projects.
