I am an Applied AI Engineer with a strong foundation in distributed systems and platform engineering, now focused on building production-grade agentic AI systems and LLM-powered analytics platforms.At Salesforce, I worked on Tableau Next Concierge and Tableau Agent, delivering end-to-end agentic analytics systems that transform natural-language queries into trusted, grounded insights and visualizations. My work spans LLM integration, multi-agent orchestration, Dynamic RAG, hybrid of semantic and lexical retrieval, and fine-tuned model building and deployment. I also worked on LLM evaluation and quality pipelines, improving answer accuracy while optimizing latency and serving cost at scale.Prior to Salesforce, I spent several years at Cisco, working across embedded systems, networking platforms, and cloud-connected analytics. I built Edge Analytics and Assurance solutions for Catalyst switches using containers, streaming telemetry, and distributed messaging, and developed low-level control-plane software and device drivers for high-end routing platforms running Cisco IOS-XR. This background gives me a strong systems-first perspective on reliability, observability, and production operations.Earlier in my career, I interned at Amazon on fraud detection systems and also worked in IBM, India on middleware platform development.I enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of AI quality, systems scalability, and real-world production constraints, and I’m particularly interested in building AI systems that are accurate, explainable, and reliable at scale.
