Role and Responsibilities: • Communicating and engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their open requirements • Focusing on hiring at all levels, including leadership hiring, by developing strong stakeholder relationships and delivering expectations set by the business. • Creating a talent pipeline through different job portals and screening candidates to improve candidate quality and the effectiveness of the recruitment process. • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions by reviewing the requirements for open positions. • Recruiting using various sourcing methods such as web portals (i.e, Naukri, LinkedIn job posting), internal databases, and employee referrals. • Preparing strategic recruitment plans and presenting them to managers and stakeholders to achieve monthly targets on offers and joiners to close open demands. • Conducting interview drives for immediate requirements by working closely with TA Coordinators and ensuring a smooth interview process to close immediate demands. • Managing vendors for specific demands and conducting weekly calls to ensure proper flow of profiles being shared and presenting reports for the same. • Primarily sourcing the applicant through various sources by mapping, head-hunting, reference taking across geographies and secondary sourcing through Job Portals and Professional Networking sites. • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements and generating daily reports. • Maintaining recruitment-related trackers, hiring dashboards, offer tracker & demand consolidation tracker. • Post-selection, handling compensation-related negotiations & discussions and hiring closures within prescribed grids & timelines. • Co-ordinating with the client regularly for requirements, schedules, feedback, approvals and offers. • Assisting in collecting documents, uploading candidate resume in respective client’s portals or share directly via mails. • Connecting with offered candidates and having post-offer engagement to increase the joiner ratio and sharing reports with hiring managers on offered and joined candidates on a weekly basis.
