   Enabled the 2024 launch of Local Snapshots in edge locations (Dedicated Local Zones) by strategically integrating new workflows into the existing control plane codebase, expanding snapshot functionality to edge use cases.• Designed and built the core group-orchestration framework for time-based AMI Copies, collaborating with EC2 and EBS teams; successfully led the feature launch in February 2025, improving development agility by ensuring predictable copying times for snapshots and EBS-backed AMIs.• Most recently, I’ve been working on solving a large-scale distributed systems challenge around traffic shaping for write operations flowing from EBS to S3. Certain customers with spiky workloads were creating noisy-neighbor effects that impacted others. I am designing solutions to limit the blast radius, isolate these workloads, and protect the broader customer base, improving both fairness and reliability of the service.• In my spare time, I’m experimenting with AI-driven agentic tools to assist on-call engineers by automating investigation and accelerating resolution of operational issues.Apart from SDE duties, I am an Amazon COE (Correction of Errors) Bar-Raiser and an AWS Security Guardian.
