My career began in Human Resources, where I gained hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and fostering positive workplace culture. Working closely with diverse teams helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and people-centric skills that continue to guide my professional growth.Over time, I realized that my interests extended beyond HR—I was naturally drawn to planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. This encouraged me to transition into Project Management, where I could combine my people skills with operational execution.Today, I am actively building my expertise as a Project Manager. I manage sprint deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track progress, identify challenges, and help ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. My HR background gives me a unique advantage in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, team alignment, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.I believe in continuous learning, taking on new challenges, and growing through every experience. My goal is to evolve into a well-rounded Manager who leads with empathy, clarity, and accountability—while delivering real value to the organization
