A Stanford University Innovation Fellow (UIF) serves as a catalyst for change within the university community. In my role as a UIF at IUPUI, I collaborated with the Division of Student Affairs to elevate student engagement across various schools on campus. Together, we worked on initiatives to create a more vibrant and inclusive campus environment. Our goal was to foster a sense of community and involvement, enhancing the overall student experience. As a result, we saw positive changes in the way students interacted and participated in activities across different academic disciplines.
