The mandate is to define how enterprises scale AI responsibly — through structured strategy, architecture, and governance models that drive sustainable adoption and value realization.My work involves partnering with business and technology leaders to identify where AI can create measurable business impact, then translating those opportunities into scalable frameworks and delivery blueprints. This includes building the practice’s internal capability model, leading talent enablement programs, and driving collaboration with ecosystem partners such as Adobe, Salesforce, OpenAI, and major cloud providers.Alongside this, I continue to head the Adobe Advisory Practice, guiding clients in leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud to drive personalization, automation, and content intelligence. The two practices complement each other — one focused on AI-led enterprise transformation, the other on platform-native customer experience innovation — together demonstrating how strategy and execution converge in real transformation.
