MSc Food Science student at the University of Leeds with a strong foundation in horticulture, agribusiness and sustainable agriculture. As a BSc (Hons) Horticulture graduate from SRM College of Agricultural Sciences, I developed skills in plant cultivation, landscaping, plantation crops, and precision farming. My elective in mushroom cultivation sparked a deeper interest in innovative and emerging agricultural practices.Now expanding into food science, I’m exploring food safety, product development, sensory science and consumer behaviour—building an integrated understanding of food systems from “seed to spoon.” I’m particularly interested in how sustainable farming, processing and product innovation intersect to shape the future of the agri-food industry.Passionate about sustainable food systems, precision farming, and value-added product development, I’m open to opportunities where I can combine my agricultural expertise with food science insights to make meaningful contributions across the food and agricultural sectors!
