I am a Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience working in various domains such as publishing, Ed-tech, US mortgage, and Market Research. I have expertise in Microsoft.Net 4+ development using C# and other.net stack tools, and I apply object-oriented and service-oriented principles to my work. I can work effectively in offshore development models as well as independently.As a Project Lead in my current role, I have managed a team of 5-6 members across 3 different countries and time zones.I am self-motivated, adaptable, and a good communicator.
