About Priyanka Vasanthakumari
I am a Postdoctoral Appointee in the Data Science and Learning Division at Argonne National Laboratory, Lemont, IL. My research at the lab focuses on employing multi-omics data to train, test, and compare the anti-cancer drug response prediction performance of different deep learning-based models. I also work extensively on developing active learning strategies to drive future data collection and experiments. Moreover, my doctoral research at Texas A&M University focused on developing deep learning-based computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) tools that employ multi-spectral Autofluorescence Lifetime Imaging (maFLIM) to detect oral and skin cancer lesions. Furthermore, I have completed numerous projects in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and data mining.
