Currently managing a large team of Business Analysts that oversee and support Client Lifecycle Management tools (Fenergo, iManage, fintechOS, Client Central). Overseeing various complex projects and acting as a liaison between business and IT developers. Creating project success by empowering team leads and supporting them to monitor BAU activity. Providing the team with an end-to-end picture of the projects and giving them a sense of achievement as they contribute to the overall success of the project. Establishing a cohesive and challenging work environment where the team feels a sense of belonging and performs to the best of their abilities. Seeking and highlighting funding needs on multiple new projects concurrently. Presenting a view of all projects handled by the team by providing timelines and funding pools for higher management discussions. Building strong team bonds with various internal and external stakeholders, and strategically tabling team viewsand ideas to steer the conversation efficiently to meet business objectives. Using lessons learnt on previous project challenges and inefficiencies to improve future project delivery experience. Displaying strong documentation along with verbal/email messaging to give internal and external vendors a crisp and clear view of the problem statement and setting expectations on what we are mutually set to achieve. Involved in various regulatory projects such as Dodd Frank, EMIR UK/ EU reporting and how client data needs to be delivered for all the regulatory needs.
