Having been associated with Invisible for a year as a freelancer, and then a content consultant, I now work in the capacity of Creative Director. My role involves leading the creative direction and brand strategy for key accounts, while being responsible for the overall quality of output. I will also help build and define the future of creative at Invisible as a whole.

Previously: Community Strategy Consultant & Subject Matter Expert at MyCaptain, Community Content & Programs Lead at Kool Kanya, Research Assistant at Why Men Rape What I am up to: Armed with the knowledge, skills, and confidence that I have gathered over the last half-decade, I strategise and create content, engage communities, and nurture creative teams for creators, small businesses, and startups. I also teach writing β creative, content, copy, et al. A professional snapshot: My career\'s state of matter has been pretty liquid; spanning academia, advocacy, marketing, strategy, education, community, and more, with a focus on digital media. My adventures in the latter have allowed me to traverse the vast world of creative communications β articles, videos, advertising, bootcamps, curriculum development, and community. I regularly steer creative campaigns and strategy for a variety of clients end-to-end. Some highlights: I have written articles that have ranked at the top of Google searches, developed video properties that have amassed 500k+ views, nurtured communities that balance metrics and outcome, and created workshops and programs with hundreds of participants. Over a 4-year period, I have worked with major Indian and international clients, driving creative projects, boosting ROI, and developing processes and best practices. I\'m also a published poet! My work has been featured in My Lot Is A Sky (Math Paper Press), the lickety~split, Cattails, Ribbons, Pseudo Mag, and more. I won the Kamala Das Prize for young women poets in 2016, was longlisted for the Toto Awards for English Creative Writing in 2020, and shortlisted for the same in 2022.
