Collect and prepare testing materials and products to undergo testing in accordance with established procedures• Testing products to ensure that they comply with established safety standards• food Scientists work is to do food research, development, and quality control• To develop recipe of the food items for adding up in recipe book basis claims(Consumer Claims)• Support in content creation like DFU, Recipe book, UFMEA for selected projects.• Maintaining PRC samples.• Taking care of ingredient purchase, accounts handling and bills settlement for everyday PRC purchase with the help of PRC staff.• Compiling and analysing test results• Prepare charts, presentations, and reports describing test results• Prepare and maintain quantities of materials needed to perform laboratory tests• Maintaining a safe, sterile laboratory environment as per Standard Protocol
