I have total experience of 13+ yrs in HR field. I am currently working with Harnex Systems Pvt Ltd. Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, exit Formalities, Employee Engagement Activities etc. Previously I was associated with Belgium based MNC, IGW India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where I was responsible to handle Generalist profile globally which includes Recruitment Cycle, T&D, Admin, Employee Engagement, PMS, etc. for Manufacturing and IT hub of BMT group. Prior to that I was working with Job Corner Management Services as an Sr. HR Executive responsible for Hiring, Business development, Statutory Compliance. Before that I worked with Shree Gajanan Enterprises. This co. is into manufacturing of sheet metal components. Here, I held overall responsibility for HR polices with Data Protection Act, staff welfare, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Motivation & Rewards, PMS, T&D, Office Administration,Labor Agreement, Succession Planning, Recruitment & On-Boarding,Audit Handling. Also managing the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurately.
