Responsible for resource planning and budgeting across both the corporate office and project sites, ensuring optimal manpower utilization aligned with business goals.Key responsibilities include fostering a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and driving the implementation of HR policies and processes. I have introduced leadership and CXO-level coaching programs, rolled out structured development initiatives for mid-senior talent, and strengthened internal communication through consistent and engaging formats.Additionally, I am responsible for driving high-potential talent mapping, reviewing and strengthening the quality of goal-setting to ensure alignment with the business plan, and partnering with teams to refine individual objectives in line with organizational priorities. I also lead retention risk assessments for the Asset Management business, supporting proactive talent planning and succession strategies.
