My experience includes working with clients to structure and implement transfer pricing arrangement, assisting clients with their tax audits and working with clients to put in place appropriate transfer pricing documentation. I also have international tax exposure relating to analyzing the tax treaty provisions and providing opinion to clients.I have worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including transportation and logistics, electronic, agro-chemical, retail and consumer, pharmaceutical as well as, oil and gas.
