Quality process control • Chemical analysis of Finished goods and verification of online chemical analysis and microbial results.• Observing batch making, CCP monitoring & filling process as per SOP’s.• Verification of cook cards, production documents & filling sheets to ensure GMP.• Bake test of classic seasoned cheese blend.• Presence and process recordings during new recipe trials.• Assisting in traceability in case of external complaints, conducting random traceability of random product to ensure process is as per SOP.• Observing and reporting trends for in house complaints/ deviations.• Assisting in IN house audits, highlighting gaps, and ensuring timely closure of audit finding.• Sensory analysis of fresh and shelf life products, providing weekly & monthly schedule for shelf life sensory & rescheduling no. of control samples on quarterly basis.
