Working with the Ministry of MSME under the TC/EC scheme at Grant Thornton, preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Project Implementation Manuals (PIMs), and Preliminary Project Reports (PPRs) for the establishment of Technology Centres and Extension Centres. • Developed financial models to evaluate the viability and sustainability of Technology Centres and Extension Centres under the Public-Private Partnership model, a first-of-its-kind initiative for MSMEs. • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to assess project feasibility, forecast revenue streams, and estimate operational costs, providing data-driven insights for decision-making. • Reviewing and analyzing project documents to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with government objectives, while recommending strategic improvements where necessary.
