Primary goal is customer satisfaction and accomplish this with a pleasant attitude and by working closely with other departments.• Core responsibilities are to improve relationships with channel partners, which is done with direct dealer outreach and supporting incoming inquiries from dealers, Territory Channel Managers (TCMs), and manufacturer representatives (MRs).• Help customer to identify the appropriate product depending on their requirement • Create quotes for channel partners and for government entities.• Process RMAs and call tags for our customers.• ARF filling for special pricing.• Provide dealer and state contract pricing.• Discuss current promotions / bulletins / product changes.• Account Status i.e. dealers that have not met sales requirements.• Communicate internally with other departments to release an order.• Other duties and projects as assigned.• Frequently help Sales Admin department with their tasks.• Worked on excel sheets for some of the projects.
