This project focuses on developing an advanced NK cell–based immunotherapy strategy for Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) by targeting the calcium-permeable TRPV2 ion channel. The work integrates structural biology, immunology, and chemical biology to elucidate how TRPV2 interacts with cytoskeletal elements to regulate NK cell immune synapse formation, cytotoxic granule release, and mitochondrial fitness.
