I am a technology enthusiast with business acumen gained from my education at ISB. My love for innovation and curiosity to solve problems drove me towards product management. In my 7 years experience, I have managed and developed digital products and platforms in both B2B and B2C space. During this journey, I have developed deep customer empathy and stakeholder management skills which have helped me in cross functional collaboration and to deliver customer centric solutions.Being a strong believer in data driven decision making, I have initiated and led digital initiatives to facilitate org. wide KPI monitoring and metric driven goal setting in my organization. Before my MBA, I worked in a fledgling startup, where I got exposure of driving a healthcare product from stage 0 to 1 including market research, UX design, customer data analysis, product roadmap planning, GTM strategy and pricing.
