As a Teaching Assistant in the Fashion Design department, I support both faculty and students in various academic and creative areas. I assist with course delivery by preparing materials, leading workshops, and guiding students through hands-on projects like pattern making, garment construction, and sketching. I also provide personalized academic support, offering feedback on assignments and helping students refine their design concepts.In addition to teaching support, I play an active role in the admissions process, providing guidance to prospective students, assisting with portfolio reviews, and answering questions about the program. I help new students transition into the program by offering mentorship, explaining course structures, and supporting their academic journey.I also assist with grading, maintain student records, and oversee practical sessions in design studios. My role includes coordinating events like fashion shows and exhibitions, ensuring students have opportunities to engage with the fashion industry through internships and networking events. I strive to create an environment that fosters creativity, academic growth, and professional development for all students.
