I am responsible for documenting and managing UAT & Smoke Testing execution across in-\\\\nhouse HUB for each release for the product Cosentyx, Entresto and Radioligand therapy(RLT)\\\\nproduct - Pluvicto and Lutathera \\\\nReview technical documents, BRDs, work instructions, attend product demos, and\\\\ngather vendor input to update scenarios with additional scope upon each product\\\\nrelease for each release\\\\nI analyze, pick and choose the top critical 10-20% of the total UAT scenarios and document in excel from comprehensive end\\\\nto end testing of the in-house HUB which is led by a technology organization. I own a subset\\\\nof representatives of those scenarios that I lead and do live testing with operations and\\\\nVendor stakeholder from a business lens\\\\n\\\\nConduct set of meeting of UAT live session execution with the IS, RS and CN user from the\\\\nbusiness PCS operation team to validate the UAT scenarios and give the training practice on\\\\nnew front-end functionalities in LEAP selected from SIT and also follow additional week for\\\\ndefect resolution\\\\nWork on the Salesforce front end system and vendor involved Pharmacy bridge and triage\\\\nintegration with the Intake specialist for Data Intake, Inbound faxes/documents, HIPPA\\\\nConsents, work with Care Navigator for IVR - Genesys, enrollment program e.g. Copay,\\\\nSharp container, Adherence, Safety Quality, Order Support, Inquiry and Triage Bridge\\\\neligibility enrollment send pharmacy etc. and work with Reimbursement specialist for\\\\nBenefit Verification, PA, Appeal and Contact payer- member plan and coverage benefit for\\\\nMedical and pharmacy record, eBV, Benefit verification, Insurance, Pharmacy information,\\\\ndose maintenance, coverage exception. Also work on fulfillment items such as fax, mail,\\\\nemail, phone, SMS, PI request to send the welcome kit LEAP product \\\\n\\\\nVendors co-ordination with – AssistRx, McKesson, IQVIA, HCS, Knipper, Twistle and Cecelia\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
