I am an HR and Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading recruitment operations across high-impact RPO engagements. Ltd, where I lead and mentor a team of Talent Advisors within onsite RPO models. My role involves end-to-end ownership of recruitment delivery, team performance management, and large-scale stakeholder coordination with client leadership. I work closely with business heads to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies, while ensuring quality, timelines, and candidate experience remain uncompromised.Over the years, I have led complex RPO engagements for marquee clients. Notably, I represented Sattva as the lead for an end-to-end RPO with one of the Big 4, supporting their Fin Crime and F&A functions. From demand planning, process setup and reporting, the engagement was managed from start to finish by me and my team. More recently, I have taken on responsibility for one of Sattva’s largest RPO engagements in the solar manufacturing sector, driving volume hiring, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration at scale.My journey in HR began early, with hands-on exposure to global recruitment operations in a remote HR administration role. That foundation shaped my ability to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and operate with maturity in fast-paced, multicultural environments—skills that continue to serve me well in leadership roles today.What defines my approach is a balance of people-first leadership and outcome-driven execution.
