As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I conducted full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, from software developers to product managers. I collaborated with hiring managers to understand their needs, developed job descriptions and recruitment strategies, and sourced qualified candidates using various methods, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach. I also coordinated and conducted India Internship 2023, the largest intern recruitment program in the company\'s history, and onboarded 83 interns. Additionally, I participated in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent and promote the company\'s employer brand. I have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Siksha \'O\' Anusandhan University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Financial Support Services from Fakir Mohan University. I am passionate about technology trends, industry developments, and emerging talent pools, and I leverage my extensive network and expertise to identify high-potential candidates who possess the right mix of technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
