Project lead for generating stable lentiviral producer cell line in GMP settings, which involved vector design, transfection, stable clone selection, single cell cloning and characterization of high producing clones. Led project base editing. Conceptualized, designed, and initiated the project, generated feasibility data in primary T-cells, established NGS workflow and presented data multiple times to the large audiences. Designed and executed feasibility studies for multiplex genome editing, supporting future portfolio prioritization in genome engineering.Provided technical training to the Genome Editing Field Application Scientist team through a hands-on CRISPR workshop.Partnered with marketing to create genome engineering training content and tools for external customers and internal sales teams.
